So disgusted with my experience I can’t even believe this is a real business. I called about a furnace issue, spoke with John, and after hours of waiting and chasing him down, he finally sends two random guys late on a Friday night in an unmarked van with no logo, no professionalism, nothing. They show up, poke around for a few minutes, then tell me they’ll “need to replace XY&Z” and will “come back tomorrow with an estimate.” The estimate they finally give me is insane thousands of dollars for work that, turns out, didn’t even need to be done. When I told them no thanks, I called another licensed HVAC company who inspected everything and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. Nothing. And here’s the kicker: they had the nerve to try and charge me $250 for showing up late and calling it a “tune-up.” A tune-up?! They didn’t tune or fix a damn thing! This isn’t just shady business it’s straight-up predatory. Making up fake repairs to squeeze money out of people is criminal behavior.
